Hello! I’m Christina Ellis and I’m the founder and lead coach at Business by Intention (“BXI”). I have been a business and executive coach for over a decade. I have worked with clients in just about every industry imaginable -- experience that translates into a wealth of insight for you to put to work in your business.
After years of serving as a certified EMyth Executive and Business Coach, as well as a certified High Performance Coach, I began to observe common themes experienced by business owners all over the world. That background led me to create a unique, high-level curriculum aimed at helping my clients achieve business objectives that fully align with their personal and financial goals.
One of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences of my career has been coaching businesses through the vast obstacles presented by the recent COVID crisis. I’m proud to say that despite those obstacles, each of my clients came out of the pandemic having achieved higher revenues and the increased freedom that comes from business success.
